What to expect
The AFCEA Northern Virginia (NOVA) Chapter's Small Business Breakfast, hosted at Carahsoft in Reston, Virginia, on Thursday, November 12. It is part of a recurring breakfast series the chapter runs for companies working in, or trying to break into, federal IT and defense contracting. Expect a speaker program and networking over breakfast. The chapter says the speaker announcement is coming soon, and start time, pricing and agenda have not yet been published.
Who should attend
Founders of small businesses selling technology to the federal government, especially in the IT, cyber and defense space, along with business development leads looking to meet prime contractors, other small businesses and government stakeholders. If you are new to the DMV and exploring federal contracting, AFCEA NOVA events are a common place to start building relationships in the Northern Virginia GovCon community.
Venue and access
Carahsoft Technology, Reston, VA. Confirm the exact address and arrival details on the chapter's event site once registration opens.
