Halloween and Anniversary Party
Organized by Civic Tech DC
Civic Tech DC is marking 13 years with a combined Halloween and birthday party on U Street. Technologists, designers, organizers and other civic-minded people can come in costume, enter a costume contest with prizes, and enjoy refreshments. Both longtime members and first-timers are welcome, so it is an easy way into DC's civic tech community.
