What to expect

An in-person Leadership Unscripted panel titled Data Centers, Energy Demand, and the Infrastructure Backing the AI Boom. It covers the physical, financial, regulatory and energy systems behind AI growth, from data center development and rising power demand to grid capacity, regulation and investment, with a focus on Northern Virginia's role in the global data center economy.

The format is short: a half hour of food and informal conversation, then a moderated discussion. The panel mixes local economic development, energy regulation, real estate development and big tech perspectives, which makes it a useful primer if you are selling into or building around data centers.

Who should attend

Founders in energy, infrastructure, climate, real estate or AI, investors following data center growth, and anyone who wants to understand why Northern Virginia sits at the center of the data center economy.
