About DC Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR)
OTR is Washington DC's tax administration agency, serving residents, businesses and taxpayers. Businesses use its MyTax.DC.gov portal to register for DC taxes, file returns and make payments, and OTR also administers sales and use tax, real property tax and Certificate of Clean Hands verification. The Recorder of Deeds is part of the office as well.
