What to expect

The Maryland Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Policy Forum is a half-day morning program held two months ahead of the 2027 General Assembly session. The Chamber describes it as a gathering of business leaders, legislative champions and agency decision-makers to discuss Maryland's economic future, emerging policy trends that will shape the state's business environment, and solutions to the state's most pressing challenges. It also promises tools for becoming a more effective advocate on Maryland's economic competitiveness and growth.

Who should attend

Founders and executives whose companies are affected by state policy, such as tax, regulation, workforce or infrastructure, and who want to hear where Annapolis is heading before the session starts. It is also a chance to meet Chamber members and public officials in one room. The Chamber had not published a speaker list or detailed agenda on its event page at the time of writing.
