What to expect
This one hour live webinar, listed by the Montgomery County Small Business Association (MCSBA), shows how to use budgets and financial models as practical planning tools rather than as paperwork. The session covers building a realistic budget from your past financial reports, examining the assumptions behind the numbers, and testing decisions in advance to see their cash impact. The focus is on using your bookkeeping to plan ahead so you can make decisions with more confidence.
Who should attend
Owners of growing businesses who already keep books and want to turn those records into a forward looking plan. It is also useful if you are new to the DMV and want to connect with the Maryland Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network, which handles registration for this event.
