What to expect

This live one hour webinar is the concluding session of a series led by Patrick Lee. It ties together concepts from the earlier sessions and focuses on designing an organization that is intentionally built for its next stage of growth, rather than relying on quick fixes. The session looks at how alignment across systems, leadership, culture, and identity supports sustainable momentum and prepares a business for future challenges.

Who should attend

Founders and owners whose business growth has leveled off and who want a structured way to think about the next stage. If you are new to the DMV, it is also a low cost way to get familiar with the Montgomery County Small Business Association (MCSBA) and the Maryland Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which manages registration. Listed training topics are Business Development and Other.
